Taking care of yourself is as important as taking care of your loved ones, because kindness to others begins with yourself first.
When we are caregivers, we are very quickly absorbed by our task and by a multitude of changes of state of mind and it can then be difficult to take care of ourselves and to practice well for our loved ones. As a caregiver, we are sometimes hard on ourselves and our skills.
This workshop aims to define what benevolence is and how we can develop this quality. We will also see the links between benevolence and well-treatment. Several examples and scenarios will then be proposed in order to equip you in your daily life. To participate, you will need to bring a mirror and a rubber band.
The Temps d'une pause team, which will lead this workshop, offers you a break in order to cultivate kindness towards yourself.
